The Platform does not create or produce user-generated content and does not exercise editorial control over all content.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform does not assume liability for user-generated content.

2. General Use Requirements

Users must:

  • use the Platform in a lawful manner;
  • comply with this Policy and all applicable laws;
  • provide accurate and truthful information.

3. Prohibited Use

3.5 Harmful Conduct

  • Hate speech or discrimination;
  • Content promoting violence or harm.

3.6 Platform Misuse

  • Attempting to bypass Platform rules or security;
  • Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems without permission;
  • Spamming or unsolicited communications.

3.7 Restricted and High-Risk Content

  • Any content that violates payment provider requirements (including PayPal policies);
  • Any content that may create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for the Platform;
  • Content that is age-restricted but does not comply with applicable laws or required age verification processes.

3.8 AI-Generated and Synthetic Content

  • Uploading or selling fully AI-generated, synthetic, or manipulated content that misrepresents real individuals;
  • Use of deepfakes or content intended to impersonate or fabricate identity.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We use moderation tools, identity verification, and automated monitoring systems to enforce this Policy.

The Platform operates a combination of technical systems and human review processes designed to detect and address violations.

However, the Platform does not guarantee continuous or comprehensive monitoring of all content or activity.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any user-generated content or user conduct.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • remove or restrict access to content;
  • suspend or terminate user accounts;
  • delay or withhold payments where reasonably necessary to investigate violations;
  • cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

  • Users interact with the Platform and other users at their own risk.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

9. Relationship with Terms

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. In case of inconsistency, this Policy governs acceptable use of the Platform.
